Was looking to invest in my first rental property which needed major upgrades. I hired CC for a cost analysis inspection/consultation on a home I was inquiring about in a prime area. I only had 30k to put towards remodeling. They provided me with a detailed bid broken down with per square ft prices, taxes and labor for every item. They advised me of potential $38.5k potential expense (at best) to renovate the property as I wanted. This was a huge help when making such a major financial decision and the consulting fee was a far less hit than what my budget would've taken had I went with this property.
